As long as your order status is “UNFULFILLED”, the order can be canceled from our end before 08:00 a.m. (PT) of the next day.

We suggest you cancel the original order and place a new order with the desired changes applied. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the address and other shipping & billing information once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched from our facility. 

If you do not want to provide or keep your personal information with us, please reach out to ongredientsus@gmail.com. We will help you out with the removal and inactivation of your account.

We offer Free Shipping on US domestic (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam) orders with $40 minimum purchase.

Our warehouse starts processing the orders every day at 8 a.m. (PT). A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.

We truly apologize for the issue. In this case, please provide three pictures along with your order ID at ongredientsus@gmail.com as guided below:

1) A picture of the exterior packaging, with the tracking number showing on the shipping label.

2) A picture of all the items inside the original packaging and packing slip.

3) A picture of the actual item that was damaged or defective.

Please note that compensation may not be offered if the aforementioned pictures are not provided. Make sure to take the pictures first, and then discard the packaging. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
